Operation:
1.Plug the power and turn on the general switch and the indication light bright.
2.close the pressure handle ( adjust suitable pressure )
3.Adjust the temperature regulator to suitable temperature generally is180 centigrade, and the warming time is about 1 minutes; .when temperature reaches the set point, the machine will turn into a constant temperature automatically.
4.Adjust timer button to a suitable time, generally is 15-20 sec.
5.Put the porcelain mug which wrapped by pictures into the machine, (in order to protect the mug from burning down, the size of the pictures must be big enough to wrap the surface of the mug), then close the pressure handle.. the temperature will drop automatic, need to rise up the temperature again ( generally is 180℃ about 1-2 sec) . press the left green button, The buzzer will sound when time is up ,at this time press green button and take the mug out and wipe from the water.
( in order to prevent printing ink pervasion , please wait 1 min to let the machine cooling then take out the mug to the cold water )
Maintenance:
1. pressure: adjust the top pole of the pressure handle
2. temperature: the controller usually set in 80℃
3. time: timer usually set in 0-30 sec
